I’m Lindsay Brown — an advisor, coach and former board-level leader. I specialise in the people, leadership and cultural dynamics that shape a business during its most important transitions.
I support founders, family businesses and senior leaders who want clarity, confidence and steady direction through Start Up, Scale Up, Exit and life after the sale.

My Story
I grew up in a multi-generational construction business and lived through succession from the inside — the opportunity, the responsibility and the quiet pressure of legacy.
That early experience shaped everything that followed.
I later became HR Director and a Main Board member of my family’s business. After that, I served as Global Head of HR for a SaaS scale-up working across Europe, APAC, LATAM and North America.
I helped both organisations move through fast growth, restructures, cultural change and, eventually, a successful sale to Private Equity.
Across every chapter, one truth became clear:
