With lived experience of working in, leaving, and later supporting the sale of a family business, she understands both the strategic and deeply personal dynamics of these moments.
Her career spans over 20 years in HR and people leadership, including a decade as Global Head of HR in a SaaS business and 16 years as HR Director and Main Board member of a major UK construction company. She has led several, global organisations through growth, restructures, cultural integration and board-level transitions.
In 2025, Lindsay founded Concordia Nova to provide business owners and leaders with a rare blend of strategic advisory and human-centred coaching. Her approach is calm, pragmatic and values-driven - helping leaders untangle complexity, make confident decisions, and create lasting legacies.
