About Lindsay
I’m Lindsay Brown, founder of Concordia Nova. I work with founders, family businesses and senior leaders across the UK and internationally at moments that really matter — succession, exit and leadership transition.
I bring over 35 years of experience helping businesses prepare for change without losing value, people or momentum. That includes leading through succession in my own multi-generation family business, and supporting founders and boards through growth, transition and exit in complex organisations.
